Triad Pacific is a boutique residential general contractor specializing in high-end remodels, luxury renovations, and custom home construction. With over 40 years of combined experience, we partner with homeowners to transform existing homes and build thoughtfully designed spaces tailored to modern living.

Founded and led by Rudi Suminski, Triad Pacific operates with owner-led oversight and a hands-on approach to complex residential projects. We intentionally take on a limited number of projects to ensure focused leadership, consistent communication, and attention to detail throughout construction.

From whole-home renovations to kitchens, bathrooms, and custom homes, our work is built around clear scope, careful planning, and quality craftsmanship. Each project begins with a consultation to align on goals, budget, and timeline so expectations are clear from the start.

RUDI SUMINSKI

Rudi Suminski’s passion for building started early. At six years old, he told his mother he wanted to design bridges and skyscrapers — a vision that led to a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University and a career in construction.
​
With over 20 years of experience, Rudi has led projects ranging from custom homes to large-scale commercial and industrial construction. As founder and owner of Triad Pacific, he brings hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and accountability to every project.
​
Outside of work, Rudi enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time mountain biking and skiing.
BRIAN WILLIAMS
General Manager
Portland, OR
With over 20 years of experience in construction, both in the trades and as a General Contractor, Brian plays a key leadership role on Triad Pacific’s Portland team. He oversees field operations, subcontractor coordination, and day-to-day execution to keep projects moving efficiently and to a high standard.

Brian is known for his practical leadership, deep field knowledge, and commitment to quality on every jobsite.
​
Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time in the mountains and on the water with his family and is a dedicated father to his son and daughter.
