What began with a passion to build has blossomed into a passion to build spaces that people and families love to live in. We value honest work, quality, and performance, and our best indicator of success is seeing smiling faces when our clients walk into their new space for the first time.


With 20+ years of industry experience, we’ve had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including homeowners, business owners, landlords, and disaster victims. The common goal? People want to enjoy their space or home with minimal interruptions and stress - not always synonymous with renovations, remodels, or repairs.


Our Founder Rudi Suminski understands firsthand the trials and tribulations that can come with  building or renovating. He has made it our mission to maximize communication and minimize discomfort by creating a smoother, more transparent process from start to finish.

At six years old Rudi told his Mom he wanted to be an engineer building bridges and skyscrapers. He found his niche in construction following a B.S. in Civil Engineering at OSU. Over the past 20 years Rudi has been involved in development and construction projects ranging from single family to industrial structures.

 

Travel with his wife, his pups Lily & Lenny, and passion for skiing are what keep Rudi smiling.

Construction Manager

Portland, OR

Brian has been in construction for 20+ years in the trades and as a General Contractor. As the perfect compliment to the Portland team, Brian manages the field and keeps projects running like a well oiled machine.

In his spare time, you'll find Brian heading to the mountain with his trailer full of snowmobiles and being a great Dad to his son and daughter

With a BS in Civil Engineering and MBA, Tayler is the backbone of communication and keeping multiple projects moving forward.

 

As a mother of three, she knows what it takes to be organized and help every client with specific needs and timelines.

Tayler also volunteers her time to feeding the needy and loves spending time with her wonderful family.
